Counseling for the overwhelmed mom.
“I thought adulting was hard; then I had kids!”
Our children are our greatest teachers.
Chances are, if you are here, they have dredged up some aspects of yourself that you didn’t know were there (or at least they never seemed to be a big problem until now).
Maybe it’s sensory overload that leads to mom rage - which inevitably leads to mom guilt.
Maybe you knew you had anxious tendencies but now seeing a part of your heart running around outside yourself exposed to so much danger puts your anxiety on a level you can no longer manage.
Or maybe you are painfully lonely. A loneliness you never imagined you’d experience because you’ve always been told “it takes a village”, but you are wondering where your village is?
Hi, I’m Kristin
and I’m so glad you’re here. If you entered motherhood with your idealistic views and are now buried under the demands of your family’s needs wondering what happened, I get it! You certainly are not alone and you are in the right place.
As a mother myself, I understand the joys and tribulations that come with the incredible responsibility of raising a child. I also know the ways in which our modern society falls short from providing the proper support women and mothers deserve. This injustice coupled with my personal and professional experiences have fueled my passion for supporting mothers in their unique roles. I am eager to help women see themselves as the bad-asses they are and empower them to show up more authentically themselves in motherhood.
